- 3 medium-sized tomatoes – finely chopped
- 1 cup thick sev
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 green chili – chopped
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt according to taste
- ½ cup water
- Fresh coriander leaves – for garnishing
Cooking Method
Step One: Add oil to the pan and heat it on medium flame.
Step Two: Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Now, add green chili to the pan and stir it.
Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and sauté it for sometime.
Step Three: Now, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, sugar and salt to the pan. Mix them well with other ingredients.
